We don't even get off for Good Friday/Easter anymore in the US. The mail even comes by and I think the stock market is open on Good Friday now. I'm pretty sure more businesses are closed here in the US on Juneteenth than on Good Friday/Easter.

Probably not Juneteenth. If anything, he might just move it to a standard Monday to celebrate his birthday/Flag Day/Father's Day all on one day.
