Actually, it's the 2021 songs (like Levitating) that are benefitting because of a weird multiplier. That year is getting a 0.8 multiplier (which is higher than 2019 and 2020) and way higher than 2022-present. As a result, Mood is ranked higher than songs like Perfect, Sunflower, and Heat Waves. Billboard needs to fix this. I don't really care if Blinding Lights loses its #1 ranking. No one will take the Decade End seriously if Mood is ranked higher than Heat Waves because that doesn't reflect reality.
