Her first (and somehow only) performance at the Grammys. 21 years old and already effortlessly commanding the stage. I also love the infectious dynamic with the band.

 

Fun fact: While Top Of The Pops typically required artists to lipsync their performances, they became more flexible during the 90s, with Janet being one of the few to have actually sung live on the iconic British programme.

 

"Throb" at SNL in 1994. You can find the full performance outside of YouTube, where it sadly only features small clips and one potato quality filming. Such a fun performance with a brilliant party setting.
