If we consider platinum a hit album then Janet has 8 platinum certified albums from 1986 to 2006 (6 of which are multiplatinum) in the US. She has 5 is Japan and 5 in the UK. Most undercertified.

Here's how Janet's albums ranked in the decade best albums list: Best of the 80s #8 - Control - not yet reviewed (I'm anticipating a score similar to TVR) #30 - Rhythm Nation - 9.0 Best of 90s #7 - The Velvet Rope - 9.4 #38 - janet. - not yet reviewed (will probably score slightly lower than RN) None of her 2000s made the cut but scored quite well: All For You - 7.8 Damita Jo - 7.8 Unbreakable - 8.0

I was hoping for a Control review considering it just celebrated its 40th, But the AFY review is a pleasant surprise. Plus we all know Control will be in the 9.0s considering it was #8 in their best of 80s list.

She just wrapped up a her 4 date concert tour in Japan. All shows looked like sold out/packed. Will be interesting to see the tour gross. Tickets were definitely more expensuve that her last TA tour in Japan.

Meanwhile, janet is touring Japan drawing huge crowds in every city she performs in. Doesnt Really Matter remix with Be First hit #1 on Itunes Japan and debuted at #54 on spotify. She's totally forgotten
