I keep seeing people bring up rock and I really don't want that to be the case. I'm one of the few that seems to be disappointed with act ii being country and I really don't want the last album to be anything but R&B based because let's be real, after act iii; we're not getting a new album for YEARS to come and do y'all really want the last album from Bey for years to be a rock album?  I really need an album full of R&B before she goes back into hiding. 

Tbh I'd prefer rock because she already has so much great R&B material but I'm sure whatever she puts out will be great. I don't really fully buy into the rock rumors anyways.

act iii will be a Reggae album 

she can do rnb for her album after the acts

I didn't either at first but the country part was true, why wouldn't the rock one be?

The project seems to be a lot about reclaiming genres that were started or heavily influenced by black musicians but have had their contributions minimised over time, so I can see the rock album being true.

well, her dabbling in different genres throughout the act trilogy doesn't necessarily mean she's just gonna throw away her key genres, r&b is engrained into her as an artist (soul also having deep ties to country and rock as well) so i don't think she's gonna make an album of stuff that doesn't sound like it wouldn't fit in her musical atmosphere in the first place. even with renaissance, despite it being a dance album it still works for her general style of music. rock can also be soulful as well. i'm sure the way beyoncé decides to play around with the genre, it will be tasteful.

Have a feeling it will be rock since she's experimenting with genres she hasn't been doing much in her career. Or maybe it will be a jazz but unlikely i think. 

She has already done r&b and she can do that after act 3. And I don't get why she will take years after the last act to make another album. I believe she recorded all the acts during the pandemic? So yeah I can see her making fresh music after

act iii is her lover with me!-type lead single 

I'm still hoping for a B'Day Part II, TBH. That's an album with ZERO skips for me (the non-deluxe edition, of course ). What a magnificent era!

She's doing genres that black people aren't generally well represented or accepted in with these acts. RnB is already as black as it gets, so there's no need.

She has many R&B albums, why not listen to one of them? 

 

Country is amazing, why would you want the same old stale sound? 

 

Beyoncé has really shown herself to be one of the greatest of the greats with Act 1 and act 2

Tbh Country was confirmed, Rock was assumed by us Hive members and everyone ran with it because it sounds logical as a follow-up. 

 

I want rock or a subgenre of it with strong blues undertones. We deserve Chuck Berry/Little Richard/Prince's honor through music. 

If ‘Don't Hurt Yourself' is anything to go by… a rock album would probably be her best work
