Apparently BBC made some changes to the contracts of the girls that lost a year or two ago and the court didnt think they were unfair, the girls that won had the same contract chuu had

I read on Twitter that the girls can submit again but on the grounds that the trust between them and the company is lost and they can't keep working with a company that may not have their best interest in mind, similar to what omega x did with spire after the company removed the manager they won and are free from the company, of course they re very different situations.
