What I'm getting from this is that you don't know your pop culture history. Not saying Chaeyoung was trying to singlehandedly revive the punk movement because she clearly didn't understand the context either and sincerely apologized to anybody affected, but there's a reason you can even buy shirts like that. Maybe read a book sometime.
