More importantly, To Be Loved was #1 on my Spotify Wrapped :clap3: Congrats Adele!

I am not surprised that the woman who pushed 100M units off the back of only 4 albums is succeeding, no. Congrats to her for continued success though :clap3: She’s one of the few titans of the music industry

Not really since webeenknew ADELE can actually pull an ORGANIC SMASH :clap3:

Not really? Her album was released right at the cut off last year so had a full year.

Talent, a beautiful and power voice, beautiful lyrics he GP loves her and she has organic success! :clap3:

No I'm not, we been knew first two week were big as we know it dropped fast so decade charts will be very different.

Also easy on me #6 on overall is surprising with all full period tracking. I was expecting top 3.

But wait... Swifties said she was a major flop and her career was over. Did they lie again?

It’s sad that she’s not on top for the top 100 artist and top artist :clap3:

Stay on topic please.

30 wasn’t a flop. It just underperformed.

Why would we be surprised that an album released by the biggest artist in the world at the beginning of the tracking period would rank high on year end charts?

It didn’t have a full period of tracking. It lost its first 4/5 weeks to the 2021 calendar. But yeah it would be top 3 had them be counted.

about the album selling 80% before christmas only for the hype because she makes an album every 7 years?. No.

The liars were Adele stans when they say 30 was coming to be the best seller album of the decade already but it was #2 just in 2022 (with 12 months of traccking) and it's coming out of the global top 10  already. Olivia rodrigo outsells.

I was about to say she released like right when the new chart year started :rip:

She had a full tracking year and sold 80% of the total to date in the first 6 weeks.

because she released both the album and song of the year and shes adele of course :clap3:

Oh the swifities have found the thread :toofunny3:

Anyway, the album kind lacked longevity but it shows how big its first weeks were if they helped to carry it this much, either way she won :clap3:
