Yeah no way Gaga is supporting in this, but not even in a Gladstone kind of way, I'm sure she and Joaquin will have equal screentime on this movie.

 

A supporting character would have never been announced or listed in that way in the credits, Zazie Beetz, Catherine Keener and Brendan Gleeson are gonna be the main supporting actors who are listed on the poster, and two of them don't even appear in this trailer and one appear for few seconds from behind, it's gonna be 2 hours and 40 minutes long movie, there is lot of irons on the fire that this first teaser hasn't show.

When Gar and Zendaya are nominated for Best Actress next year and Zendaya wins and that video or Gar ignoring Zendaya at a red carpet goes viral AGAIN with the caption "how the tables have turned" then what? 

Unfortunately her role wont be that big to get a Best Supporting Actress nom

I would love if she took a small supporting role in a Christopher Nolan film since it would be great publicity, a small time commitment, and the best we could hope for from that man since he really can't write good female roles at all.

We finally got a break even though she hates us. 

they probably put the posts behind a US geographic filter. How unfortunate for the American liddos, but also hopefully a rude awakening for her on how embarrassing the whole thing is

Gaga should only start doing supporting roles if her lead movies start underperforming. Her movie career is super young and she should keep this momentum as long as she can 

 

The Bullet Train movie was more of a voice over cameo, than a supporting role

Being supporting isn't a bad thing, and isn't something someone should "resort to" if their lead films underperform. It's cool her first 3 films have been for lead… but an actor does it all.

Supporting roles would make more sense if she would do more movies in short times, but if she keeps doing one movie every three a la Daniel Day Lewis, it makes sense for her to do only leading roles.

tho honestly like @Leptine said, her switching between lead and supp roles would work if she's actually doing roles more often and not every three years so it's whatever at this point

That's pretty much what I meant. She has the opportunity to be extremely selective with her roles, not every actor/actress has that. Doing random supporting roles right now just isn't necessary, unless it is something she is really passionate about 

 

Like in 5-10 years from now, she should definitely look into some supporting roles, but now is not the time to ruin her elusive actress image 

The way Taylor is probably the front runner for Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) since Bey hasn't released hers outside of theaters and Chromatica Ball is rotting on a laptop in the back of a closet. She's got until May 31!

Shangri-La is in the grounds of a large converted ranch so I guess it's not like other studios where you see artists walking into the entrance, plus it's literally minutes walking distance from Gaga's house so she probably manages to go there pretty quietly
