It looks like being a Plastic Doll™ is the new thing.

 

The only issue I have with BR it that I overplayed to death when it came out for years, so you get obviously kind of tired after playing a song thousands of times, but I agree that the song is brilliant, a masterpiece.

Yeah Bad Romance is still a perfect pop song but she's outdone it's approach with Judas (the beat is just harder) and Venus (just even more creative in my opinion)

The production sweetie. Let's not pretend like it's fusion of disco and 70s glam rock with a psychedelic influence wasn't clever and fit Gaga perfectly. And the sample was killer. She did that.

Judas is not a bad song, but it's too much of a copy of Bad Romance tbh that it was always overshadowed imo

I do also hate the fact she toned it down for Chromatica in terms of lengths... like doing 3 minutes songs... a crime on certain songs

Very true and its quite fascinating even. She already started transitioning into TFM era in summer of 2009. She even said the lavender hair was supposed to be for the next album but I guess she decided platinum blonde instead. In Summer of 2009 her fashion was in between The Fame and The Fame Monster

I’m wondering if Gaga will acknowledge Tony on August 3rd which would’ve been his 97th birthday. 

BR is almost 5 minutes and I think no more than 3 seconds go by at any point in the song without her vocals

I’ve been binging all of Gaga’s performances with Tony. She has improved so much between C2C and L4S. In some of the C2C performances she looked a little uncomfortable, now she’s a jazz singing pro. 
 

I wonder how in-depth the documentary will be. Watching Gaga grow from AP to now will be interesting

They fooled people with the "Let's go to the movies dressed in pink to Barbie World playing in the background" trend and trailers that looked like just another Barbie movie.

 

Either way, I'm just glad Gaga picks her projects better and that's why she's acclaimed. Joker 2 will be massive without a dishonest trailer or the need to hammer a political message every 2 minutes. Talent always wins.

Barbie has an A Cinemascore (same as A Star is Born) and an 86% audience score on RT. Audiences, very obviously, really like the Barbie movie and don't feel bamboozled by any political message. 

 

And the first Joker, pretty notoriously, had strong social messages around mental health and class. It literally depicts a violent class uprising at the end.  If anything, Gaga just potentially signed up for her most political acting project yet.
