I can get behind the assumptions that Fave has had done something to her face like botox injections because she is a public figure, she is a woman and society is way too judgmental on women apperance and the effects of aging. It's not a wild assumption and looking at her face closely for over a decade, there are some things you can notice here and there, minimal and subtle but definitely not so crazy to assume.

 

What I absolutely cannot get behind though is to throw away that she is "autistic" because she is very private and shy, that's the wildest thing I have ever read on here and I can't even begin to describe how weird that is. One of the worst thing Bey haters do is assume that kind of things or diagnosing her with other **** so to see her fans do it is kinda alarming.

This. Sure, the drought can be hard sometimes, but whenever some "relatable" celeb fucks up by not keeping their mouth shut, I can't help but to feel grateful that she minds her business, drops great music and updates her birthday blog.

It's literally coming. 

 

On the video front, we know (as in know-know) she's been shooting multiple videos for months. So, there is ZERO reason to worry. 

 

When it comes to other promo, she's not done the talkshow circuit, interviews in the traditional sense in a decade etc. So, not sure what was to be expected on that front. 

 

What I will acknowledge is that her eras have usually gone "album quickly followed by tour". So we're in this odd window where, because that's not the case this time, we don't really know what to expect from this current blank slate of time. 

 

If we're in the same position a month from now, then we can (worry). But I'd rather use this time to bask in the anticipation of it all.

I still think we might be getting an interview this era, she was on GMA for BIK and had a sit down interview for Lion King: TG.

 

She's clearly opening up and has been for sometime now. Not too long ago she posted those pics of people dressed as her for Halloween with a caption like "y'all are coming for my fits" lol.

 

I see this era being far more than just music, videos and a European/N.A tour.

It's times like these when I realize that much of the Hive really do exist in their own bubble. Let's put our adult hats on, now. Beyoncé's brand has been built on the back of her beauty for nearly 3 decades. Regardless of how gracefully she's been aging (and she has aged), the reality is that she's still one of the most publicized women on the PLANET. To think she's going to have the kind of access that she does to a wealth of resources and not take advantage of them is bone-headed.

 

I don't even get why surgery has to be criminalized. If it's discreet and well-done, what's the issue?

I get you, but almost certain she would never lead with a live performance as her first visual appearance of the era when she has the polish and grandeur of music videos coming. 

 

Maybe because I follow a few different female icons, but it's always been clear to me that there is a "thing" about era-launching reveals. Whether that's Janet with her weight losses, Madonna with whatever her transformation is for that campaign, or Rihanna and her hair...they don't just unveil these things randomly. It's all theater and they know when and how to get the biggest gag from viewers. Bey has been doing this for several eras now.

 

 

I really appreciate Beyoncé’s hands off approach to media interaction because the media and the general public are absolutely toxic, invasive &abusive and especially so with black women. Even her fans can be hyper critical and nit pick every one of her moves. I feel like her approach allows us as fans to focus more on her music/product than her personal life and that is a good thing in my eyes. 
 

Music videos, performances, films will come when they come. She just gave us 17 rich layered career defining songs including bms remix. the music is enough for me right now. More acts with more music are coming at some point soon!!

All this!!!!! I don’t understand why the public feels agency to speak on women’s bodies & their decisions on their bodies - commenting on physical features whether natural or surgically enhanced. The thing is most ppl wouldn’t do this to the ppl they know in their real lives - why do we feel the right to do so with public figures?

Interesting conversation these last few pages. I have no comment on the autism stuff.

 

But it’s obvious Bey has had a few injections. Who cares. It’s 2022, you don’t get a badge of honor to be filler free.  It’s not like she on some Kylie Jenner ish, hers are extremely natural and she looks exactly like herself.
