I get what the tweeter means, but what about BeyLegion and all the other things we know to be objective fact (vinyls being prepared, shoots, HDD tea)?

 

With BeyLegion in particular, they haven't played the teasing game during all the other windows we certain the album was coming. Same with the Spotify and Tidal tweets. Two entities that would know FOR SURE if there's any music on the way as it would be sitting on their servers right now lol. 

 

It may be my optimism/excitement speaking, but this time feels...different. 

 

It's either coming or this is example 101 of even reputable platforms jumping on whatever people are talking about on social media.

Anyway, it's not lost on me that there may be no drop at all. But objectively, this is one time where there's been more collective reason to feel like something's coming than even her birthday last year.

Exactly. This is still an undeniable truth. The default pics are STILL blank. She intentionally made them all the same blank pic. We have proof of that. 

On a separate note, we must caution not to drag her should there be no drop (in the context of being misled, as she never promised anything). The whole June 11th thing, website detective work, social media excitement has been all been fan conjecture (with good reason). 

 

Now, should it be Ivy Park, NFTs, or anything like that then she deserves all the draggings lol. IMO, if there's no album drop, it'd actually be better if she simply set an existing pic from her grid as her profile pic. On some tongue-in-cheek "world stop...carry on" ish. 

 

But an actual non-music related venture? Drag HA!

No, she’ll get dragged. It’s been 6 years. She’s been trending for 3 days. The people are hungry.

Also I must say that if this is for the music, I feel it's been much more effective and buzz building than those billboards a lot of other top acts put up to announce/generate hype.

 

This has EVERYONE EVERYWHERE talking. She's been trending for two days. 

 

Imagine if she were to start revealing the cover or a date via her profile pic (bit by bit) over the next week? It'd be genius IMO. Literally such a simple, yet effective mode of promo. Cost effective too lol.
