Seems likely. I would love a double album concept. 
 

Another observation: A tour is more likely to happen next year at this point, which would probably give the album/era more longevity. There’s also another opportunity to drop something else either before the tour begins or shorty after (ie. Mrs. Carter Tour). It’s all wishful thinking - but hopefully she’s got some surprises up her sleeve.
