What about this song in particular feels any more polished than UL, Cannibalism, BM, etc? The voice filter, vocal performance, verse melodies all sound as raw and DIY as anything on WG - meaning really not even that raw. The greatness of this combo era is how she's balanced pop melodies with much grittier elements - which HB does just as well

I suppose this is the closest flip to OLD FLING$ since she's the one "creeping"? this is the definitely the most pop-lush song of the era besides UL this chorus is phenomenal for me

The "we used to be a family that could actually talk about politics" sentiment so many bring up is so hilarious since that's quite literally never been the case. Obviously there's gradients to polarization but to act like speaking up about any thing you care about today is uniquely divisive is baffling and fully willful ignorance
