I'm not too worried about waiting because I think it can only mean two options:

1. she has made something game-changing, and so needing to release it at any one moment doesn't really factor in. there is no rush, because it's so individual and she's that proud of it, so waiting for whatever she deems the best moment is better than just putting it out for the sake of it
2. she scrapped what she had going, and is working on new stuff, meaning she's not content to put out bad music, and the waiting will be worth it.

 

I feel if she had just made standard whatever, great but basic pop songs she could've just released that. similar to how Grown Woman and Standing on the Sun are GREAT but nothing compared to the forward thinking approach of songs like Ghost/Haunted, Partition, No Angel, and even to an extent, Drunk in Love and ***Flawless.

Yeah, a social media coordinator is NOT gonna know something is coming, especially not at Spotify.

I swear something like this happened recently and all it was was another Ivy Park drop.

 

What if there's something contractual going on with the album?

 

Many artists keep mentioning how they've been fighting with their labels to release music. Veterans too.

i would like to file a lawsuit towards @Beyonce Knowles for mental damages and harassment

I had it in my mind that Lemonade was her last contractually obliged album, and know that she signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV in 2020, but I imagine she is her own label insofar as approvals go? Am I wrong?

Also I was just googling around this topic and found this article from 2000, "What Beyonce's solo deal means for Destiny's Child"... it's so interesting to read news about her before she was solo, or before she achieved certain things that speculate and "tell her" what to do in order to find success.

Beyoncé's association with Sony Music is pretty much like her Ivy park deal with Adidas. It's a partnership. Which means they agreed to her giving them a certain percentage of the profit in exchange of worldwide distribution of her work. They have no say in her creative process and cant tell her when to release.  I think Bey currently is definitely playing around a bit because she is aware people are waiting for her to drop and i also think she is using that for marketing with Ivy park so i'm almost certain now the drop will be Ivy park lol.

I don’t think it’s Ivy Park, considering she’s been posting less and less during the drops. She barely promoted Ivy Heart on her instagram and she simply updated her profile photo with no delay. I don’t think she even posted the ad for Halls of Ivy on her feed.

I don't think it's Ivy Park? Whenever she changed her avi to IVP phase, it was immediate. She's never had a blank canvas for a profile picture for this long

I saw some ivy park insider on twitter saying a HUGE drop is coming in July and the shoes released were just a taste and the theme will be florals, nature and there would be a big campaign for it too.

The way every other stan of another girl (except Rihanna, bless) would know the social media profile pic blackout means one thing and we’re in here with theories about Ivy Park. I wanna cryyy

Why she playing games though? If she is releasing why is she not releasing on a Friday. 

She'll put more effort into her IVP campaign than her music.
