If you ask Africans, a LOT of people thought of TG as cosplay, yes. If you can't be bothered to meet up with African producers or be see in public events then u do indeed seem very detached. And African music culture is a lot of things, but not detached like Bey presents herself constantly

Who said she didn't meet any African producers? Did she not have an entire writing camp for the gift that she then aired (for free on national tv I might add) as a documentary?

Is it mean and evil. Yes. Does it have a pay off. Also yes. Remember that ST was so insane and cathartic especially for fans because we were going through a lot of irritation and hell about her 5th album being nowhere. That lead up - through a superbowl, giant summer ad partnerships with pepsi and H&M, even a brand new tour... And nothing each time. That build up to it dropping on a Friday night in the middle of her tour was incredible for that payoff. In my eyes bey is using her status as an incredible visual artist and holding off on it is now very intentional. 

 

In the mean time in my head Beyoncé is singing "I bet it sucks to be youuu right noww" 

I don't think anyone cares like they would've had she released visuals each era. The pay off will be short lived too. It's a real shame. If she really scrapped them, why wouldn't she doing separate videos for act 3, she has time. 3 eras go by without one video? Wtf is she at. It makes zero sense how she couldn't even salvage one video from all that she filmed. We will see what happens, but It will just be another let down imo. 
 

Also where is the REN tour? A ******* mess. 

I think the last hope for the Rennie film to come to streaming is this December on the 1 year anniversary. If we don't have it by then, then it's time to write it off (for those who haven't already ).
