Beyoncé should have went to Sherri's show. C'mon girl. An entire daytime show dedicated to you and you dont show up? it was the perfect promotion for the film and Sherri is a nice interviewer. 

Beyonce hasn't been to a daytime talk show in 12 years....no need to expect her now lol

Bey really created a monster with this whole going all out for Halloween trend she started. Like do people even go anywhere anymore or do they just recreate old photos on a set all day and then go home?  At least she actually wore most of hers places.

Even if it makes the shortlist, I'd feel almost certain for a snub since the Documentary branch doesn't favor mainstream contenders like that. It's usually always political ones with social messages or indie ones about intimate situations.

this! I actually hate that trend...it feels so soulless and it feels like such a waste of money and creativity to just do all that, the goal being precise imitation rather than fun. when Beyoncé did it, it was surprising and fresh and that made it fun (plus it was funny...her as Toni omg). But now, sorry we really don't need the same album cover we've seen already just with basically a different face.

She better dress up as the ****ing visuals this year or else

the way I was able to finish my last chunk of a summer semester of grad school + a couple months of a grant-funded position, be unemployed for another few months, intern for the National park service for 16 weeks (ending this week) and go back to being unemployed soon since the album dropped

 

and we still don’t have visuals
