funny how the day before the 29th i have therapy, so my therapist is probably going to get a rant about the visuals and their supposed existence followed by a stream of depressing texts at 9pm when nothing happens

I think the Minneapolis pics took so long cause of photoshop! We all know she loves to occasionally use it and I did find her pink look not flattering in videos so maybe it wasn’t so in the pics aswell, that’s my theory…

I think this is the first opening look styled by Marni. She had show the girls how it’s done

There was definitely "something" going on at the beginning of the tour. Foot injury or whatever. But she's clearly fine now. 

 

I think the tour staying as it is is a combo of being cautious to not overdo her recovery and pacing/avoiding burning out. Essentially a "let me give you the best show within the confines of what we've already come up with rather than start adding a bunch of ish that may be too much for me to uphold night after night". The latter, I suspect, is why Thqiue/AUIYM/DIL segment was scrapped. 

 

It's slightly sucky for us, but really makes sense when taking off the stan goggles. 

 

Objectively, for Bey, being durable, insurable, and maintaining capacity enough to deliver to expectation on a 50-something date world tour, will be the top priority. Especially at this stage of her career.

 

Slay as she may, she can't cheat time and will know that what came easy at The Beyonce Experience may not come as easy now. It's clear that she gets this. One thing I love about Bey is that rather than wait for those things, she seems to get in front of them by scaling back where need be but still giving "enough" to not make it super obvious.

Chicago posts already going up, oh she is NEVER going back to Minneapolis. the only delayed one

i don’t think she’s “fine”. i’ve been following her concerts and  now she’s barely moving when she sings formation, she’s not even doing the “i slay” hand choreo completely. She was dancing way more in Europe (after the Stockholm date). 

 

She stopped doing the Energy choreo (the second chorus), when she was doing it at every show in Europe.

 

I guess she is tired now, and Europe had the best of her
