I'm curious to see if she'll campaign for the Grammys at all... I hope she does because a visual drop would really put her top of mind. a tour announcement would help too. even a 'CUFF IT'/'ENERGY'/'BREAK MY SOUL' video would help tremendously. please Columbia do something

I felt my first twinge of annoyance towards her tonight for the first time since the album dropped.

On one hand I appreciate how low-key she is and the fact she's not on Twitter embarrassing herself like some of the other girls, but on the other I sort of resent how quiet she is.

 

At this point Beyoncé is just a blank canvas people project on because she allows herself to be. She speaks through her music, but even then her music these last couple eras doesn't get the push it needs to really hit with the general public. 

 

No interviews, no statements, no performances, literally nothing. 

 

Her quietness almost makes her much louder and omnipresent because she's simultaneously nowhere but everywhere at the same time.

 

First it was the credits and sampling, now it's the Grammys and her nominations. Nothing beats the summer of 2020 though with BIK and the whole SARS thing. And she was quiet through all of that too

 

If she put out a video, released more statements, and gave even one interview things would actually be far quieter with her but once again she's silent and it's only making things louder. Everything about Beyoncé is so absolutely loud and EVERYBODY has a strong opinion of her. 

 

The only artist who I can think of that is simultaneously so hated and adored is Taylor Swift, but she's nowhere as quiet and that actually works in her favor. When scandal comes up she tends to pacify it immediately, which actually helps in the long run.

It's only 4 songs on average? 

Anyway yes for POTS transitioning to Virgo's Groove and maybe some Lemonade's song (Daddy Lessons) and The Gift (FYWB or Otherside) since they are her most recent albums and could use the help.

 

But only 4 songs seems like a waste, I'd rather a live from her studio with 10 songs focused on live band and vocals. It could also be a way to give a live performances to songs the Hive loves but that won't make it on tour.

A discofied Me, Myself & I- on the Ren tour would make up for this unacceptable era

I don’t care how expensive these tickets finna be IM ABOUT TO BE AS FRONT ROW AS YOU CAN GET 

I be shook if Blow isn’t on RWT. It strongly fits the vibe to Renaissance.

If rumors were true that she was looking to book stadiums some time in 2020, I'm extremely curious to know what the set life would've been post Lemonade but pre-RENAISSANCE. 

 

I still think the tour may be coming in 2024 though.

I absolutely love the gift. I just wish she removed the interlude in the official album and left it only for the disney plus special.

Don't know if anyone has already brought it up but Walmart has a deal on all vinyl's priced at $15! This is a great time to cop Renaissance if you haven't already. I literally saw a couple copies at a couple different locations so far. The Sale ends this Sunday! Just b careful; some Walmart's don't have signage of the sale up but when you go to check out the sale will be applied.
