My belief: act ii will be album (Rodeo - country themed) and act iii will be something else like a film or a documentary most likely. 

 

Why: 

 

1. The first time we were teased the new era was on Beyoncé's website when there was a page for B7 AND B8. Even Tidal tweeted what is B7... B8. So I believe it is two albums at least. The vogue interview also said *abundance* of music. 

 

2. The album booklet says she recorded this three part project during the years in lockdown. Most people understand this to mean only music! And it is more likely for her to say recorded during lockdown if it's music, especially when she was still filming some visuals till a couple weeks ago. 

 

3. We have heard from multiple sources but most importantly dream that "she will tell how personal" some music was to Beyoncé, especially Break My Soul. And we've heard other rumors about a documentary from bey - which is why I believe one project is a documentary - which would be mainly recorded during the lockdown phase itself.

 

4. I say actii Rodeo because like Renaissance, it has been a word and title she has been teasing for a long time. Many people had guessed Renaissance album title correctly cuz she was using the word even a year ago in an interview. Just like Rodeo has been teased. Plus, just like a "house" album, we also heard rumors for a "country" album. And both in theme with historically black genres that are now associated with white people. Rock as act iii was just a pure extension of this idea and we have had NO real teasing or hints for it.

 

5. Finally: if act ii and iii were just visuals and tour, it wouldn't say act i- Renaissance but say Renaissance act i. As the first part to the Renaissance album/project. And also a tour won't be recorded during lockdown.

These are my thoughts EXACTLY! And I think her tour will proceed similar to her 2013 Mrs Carter Tour. It will begin and while in the middle, act 2 will drop and it will resume with a new set list and probably even repeat venues the following year. She can go on a “double” tour if you will. 50 stadium dates x2. $500 million gross locked!

I wasn’t necessarily speaking of physical exertion on her part nn. I was talking about the nature of her work vs. the delivery of it. She puts everything into what she does, she still works like a dog, but when it’s time to actually deliver the rollouts are misjudged or misguided or something. Habitually. That has nothing to with perimenopause because she’s been doing this **** for a while now

 

 

Anyway you know she was obsessing over BIK for all of 2020, it’s not like she was just chilling for a year after The Gift

both physical exertion and her as you call "misguided" rollouts are related. she has to manage/produce/direct/star/concieve all of her own work. if shes focusing on an album, shes not going to focus on rolling out the visuals simoultaneously because as a producer/director/star/manager she has to lock in the stylists, creative team, locations, AND shes managing chloe & halle. she also has a family to go home to and take care of. she cant pull all nighters like she used to. she was working on black is king through 2020, because she took her time to focus on the gift first. previously she wouldve worked overtime to make sure the visual was ready at the same time the music was. now she's not working overtime. you have to deal with her taking her time and doing it on HER watch. idk whats not clicking mama...jobs are stressful on the body, regardless of if youre sitting at a desk or dancing in a studio.

Chart stats =/= commercial success tho. Her first post-Beyhydration release was always going to smash, the world was perched, and to say she basically had a 50/50 flopping to oblivion with it is pure revisionism. She released it that way to switch it up on *******. She knew Lemonade would be successful too in spite of her antics and she was right. She thought EIL and TG would be successful too and she was wrong. The way some Hive cannot bring themselves to find any fault in her judgement fff. She definitely cares about commercial success, the people who work with her and for her care about commercial success; she is a commercial artist. It's just that their ideas about how to obtain it are baffling. I'd argue they care about it more than most of the fans considering they're rich and trying to get richer and are not running a charity. Look at the way Parkwood gunned for that #1 tf. She may be god but she's not a saint.

 

There is absolutely NO WAY she doesn't care if her music is successful, why would anyone believe that

 

The problem is she's disconnected from what her consumer wants, and how to connect with them. 

 

She isn't trying to book theaters, she's booking stadiums, and she wants to fill them.

beyonce will always be successful because her art is good and she is an enigma. 

 

to think that she is being *this* calculated (you're calling them "antics"???) when in her own words she has talked about this point of her career being carefree and not putting pressure on herself to be at the top of her game...it's like y'all refuse to listen to her.

 

her team does what she tells them to. that's the WHOLE POINT of owning your own company and managing yourself. nothing is baffling to me. this era just proved it.

The era deserved better management but either way she has been smashing with little effort because the music is good.

That's the only thing : it's not that she doesn't care about success, it's just that music is not the biggest part of her income anymore so she has no reason to care about her music consumers at all therefore she doesn't. At least that's how it appears but we could be wrong. 

 

She does make sure to get her money in the first weeks, the tour and through deals for visuals etc. 

 

Her passion and dedication seem to have shifted to IVP. That's where she puts her marketing acumen. They had so many drops and everyone of them had stunning high budget visuals, she filmed thousands of little visuals of her with all the clothes as small images for websites like Adidas for one drop (that was incredible, the dedication!!), they had very aggressive marketing : on IG, on Twitter and through celebrities. It was also all over her own Instagram although IVP has its own dedicated IG. 

 

Talking about kids is also very wrong and reductive. As if women when we become mothers are nothing else but that. Even if B were spending ALL her time with her kids, her team could take over if she wanted. 

 

However I think there's no point going on and on about it. This is how Beyoncé is nowadays. She's not suddenly going to change. Things are this way now. 

She does things at her own pace and indulges herself because maybe music is now her side passion project, who knows?

I mean, having kids does cut into your time regardless of your sex and gender and ALL people slow down in their schedules (not their success) to some extent after kids. That’s just part of being a parent.

Stop lying.  If you dont care about commercial success you dont do radio and brand deals, playlisting, etc.  She and her team think the Prince approach is IT and its not.
