You literally hopped into my mind and STOLE my upcoming post lol.

 

I clocked that and thought the exact same. It's way too random to not be a thing. 

 

Waco is in its infancy, so when I see corporate involvement, I always feel it's the Bey connection. 

 

I absolutely want Netflix for the visuals, but my next pick would actually be Amazon because of how cross-promotional they can be (Prime Video, shopping platform, Amazon Music).

Really surprised to see the tour not start until Summer. I thought around April.

She'll for sure do stadiums, which means she kinda has to start in April/May times if she's to cover various regions within the limited weather window for stadiums. Maybe Europe will be first and US is later in the itinerary this time?

 

That said, she could also start in the Summer in the US and run into 2024. But there would have to some other currently unannounced component to the music (Acts 2 and 3?), she can't really be peddling Renaissance (as it is) later 2023 into 2024.

Do y'all remember a tweet about her visuals dropping on Amazon Prime that was doing the rounds on Twitter before Ren was announced? I think the wording was along the lines of her "closing in on a deal with Amazon for the visuals for her new album".

 

I vividly remember it and the source seemed semi-legit (like a journalist?). We all scoffed because we weren't willing to do away with the idea she has a 3-project Netflix deal, but who knows anymore. 

 

Really wish I could still find it.

It's not an announcement. It was a private event. 

 

An announcement will likely come with a trailer, press release, and coordinated hype from its sponsor.

 

Sure, it's more confirmation than we've had thus far, but it doesn't qualify as an announcement. 

 

Can we PLEASE stop with these sour hot takes about "lack of interest in Bey" because of the lack of visuals. It's so forced and....elementary.

I remember it and if it is true then that whole HBO Max Summer 2023 premiere rumor is completely false tea and we might still get the visuals soon with the tour announcement 

Like why would she tease the visuals a year before they are supposedly dropping? It’s obvious that they’ll come sooner than later  

 

@Mercurio spilled black friday for tour dates so i’m guess that visuals are dropping in the coming weeks!
