Yall arent going to admit Bey really messed up her appeal with the secrets, hiding music, not engaging and not promoting until the tour numbers suffer.

When people stop buying your music and the general consensus becomes that you are overrated, do you think people will pay premium to see you tour?  Im still awaiting the visuals but I dont think that will impact her sales or streams that much bc people just wont watch.

Ive never seen someone care about their career so much yet they cut it off at the knees.  Sad really.

Sales/streams do not translate to tour revenue or turn out. Just look at the biggest touring acts this decade and get back to me…..

drake is literally a streaming giant compared to cold play. Which one of those acts can do a full stadium tour? Which one of them is getting the largest attendance? Which one of them is making the most revenue from yours?

I wish y’all would research stuff instead of coming on here with your doom and gloom just because Beyoncé isn’t marketing herself the way you all want her to. Literally none of her peers are relevant in todays climate so whatever she’s doing MUST have been working.

idk why they keep trying to tie this stuff to touring....too many people have had successful tours with no hits in 30 years. Beyonce will always be a hot ticket to get just off her reputation as a performer. the only thing thats going to change Beyonce's touring appeal if she starts giving crap performances and her reputation changes. all this other **** is proven to be irrelevant.

A simple google you’re incapable of?
Beyoncé, Taylor and Ed Sheeran are the one only relevant artists who made the list and this is just the top 15… Where’s drake? Rihanna? Ariana, cardi?, Justin beiber beiber? BTS? Do you want me to continue? :gaycat5:

The dramatics :deadbanana2:

Her tour numbers will be fine, I just think she needs to focus on casual fans/listeners.

Her Spotify stats sort of support the idea that Beyoncé's music is supported heavily by her base, and that's thanks to the exclusivity. Lack of hits can do that.

Touring considered though, she's still good. I just wish her catalogue would stream more, or at least see sizeable boosts after album release or tour announcements.

We'll see in the next couple weeks.

+ an extensive photo magazine that comes with the album and is available on her website.

to complain there has been "no visuals" is not true and just whiny, entitled bullshit. just because she's not releasing the full videos fast enough for yall doesn't mean you got nothing.

Not y’all using commercials as teasers for the new era. :deadbanana2:

it's literally part of a film for summer renaissance and "embodies" the renaissance era, so yes.

GOOD NEWS is both the insider on here and tabloids/random stadium owners have confirmed we getting tour announcement within next 3 weeks.

So we can look forward to discussing that for 2 pages... then going back to talking about album rankings and CUFF IT being ignored.

Girl this is awful. Taylor's album will be here in 3 weeks. It'll be 4 months for the era. A whole quarter of NOTHING.

I'm just so confused. I'm really disappointed in Bey being so sloppy. And I'm glad some of the excuses have dwindled. This is not normal and I'm starting to think something personal is wrong. But then I think about the birthday party and recent PR vinyl package to other celebs and just think she's too pretentious.

Define fine? I think Bey was getting a bit oversaturated and was pushing it with OTR II. Then I think she was rumored to do a few shows in 2020 but obviously that didn't work.

I think the demand is there in a post covid world. But Beyonce is going to have to come hard with the stage set and visuals this era. She's not giving enough and I just know I'll be taking my time with tour tickets this go round.

With that said, she'll be a top touring act. But if the likes of Bad Bunny are selling out stafiums like a Beatle then she needs to be matching that.

There's something odd about releasing these previews so early but not releasing the actual videos within a month of the trailer? Was there a change of plan?

Well thats the thing. Her reputation is changing. If she ever decides to do OTR again, it's going to be bad for her.

She's going to have to come with something new and be in peak condition this era. Cause she's not giving anything else. No single. No visuals. No real message or engagement. Hive can't buy all those tickets. And her more casual stans and fans are going to want to see more from her to invest.

well good luck with getting your tickets then lol ya'll really doing the most in here just b/c you don't have a video to your favorite song yet lol if she's pretentious then many of you are spoiled & entitled

and if Beyonce was "oversaturated" in 2018 with just a Coachella concert in California...then how much do ya'll expect for this era?

Coldplay still has solid global hits and they PROMOTE. They don't play. Ed Sheeran and Taylor play the game in the hits and touring field. Bey does not and it will hurt her sooner or later.

Bey is going to struggle this decade at this rate. We did enough by hyping up her antics all throughout the 2010s. Cause she was a new mother and was going through a pivotal time as woman in her 30s. She's been coasting off the pop hits she made when she was in her 20s. People are noticing that she hasn't had a solid worldwide smash in over a decade but she somehow markets herself as this commercial force who easily dominates in every category when she doesn't. She was solid top 5-10 in streaming, albums and digital singles. #2 behind Taylor for touring. But going forward? Those positions are about to dip.

Her reputation as a performer is NOT changing. please.

if Beyonce had already released the visuals...the goofiness of these posts wouldn't exist. I'm sorry. Ya'll are speaking out of anger & frustration b/c you thought Beyonce owed you guys something & you're not getting it. that alone is causing ya'll to be delusional with these hot takes.

we're not talking an OTR show (both sold out anyway)...this is about Renaissance album & the tour IS going to sell out. you're not serious rn.

It's not just the video. Where is this girl!!? Why the **** am I seeing her husband and child at a basketball game more than her? Why is he doing interviews with nothing to promote? Why you got the writers and artists for this album promoting this by themselves? Defending you when the likes of Dianne Warren talk trash? Why is she running from the camera and scared to be papped in the midst of a #1 album and single? She didn't say anything for her birthday. Not even a recap of her year. But then she throws a party with a bunch of celebs?

Something is off. I'm really starting to think it's medical or she's really that pretentious and sticking to the Prince cosplay. I'm going to bet on the latter.

Guess what...Beyonce is a 40+ popstar...the fact that she has seen the success with Renaissance that she has thus far is an anomaly itself. there's a reason why people don't compare her to her REAL industry peers. if she struggles this decade...guess what else...its the gradual decline that ALL pop stars (especially female) will face. many of the Hive need to face THAT reality...ya'll want platinum albums & #1 hits to continue when there's going to come a time sooner than later that the studio albums will start doing TG & EIL numbers. get comfortable with that....right now...ya'll are the only ones having anxiety over this stuff.

Just noticed that FUNK/Trumpet/Horn sound is always on her albums no matter what. Very cohesive tidbit of her career :clap3:

Yup, folks don’t want to admit it. They’d rather think a Tiffany commercial was something LoL.

Its not just the visuals that have people saying this.  Yall can act like ostriches w your heads in the sand, but Beys approach to her career over the last decade has been abysmal at a time when she shouldve been building a foundation for her 40s.  Those seeds will show in the reaping.

She let her best work flounder on Tidal and let her narrative be shaped by others.  The excitement around her has dulled and she puts little effort in maintaining even her fans interest if she aint selling something.

This the most honest and realistic post on Beyoncé and her career. Some fans are in denial.
