Renny has me down bad ...i tried listening to Love Drought which is one of my Top 10 favs. i could barely resist the urge to press skip and get back to a Renny song. i am flabbergasted.

I’ma need Black Parade on the setlist.

I’m sorry that so many of y’all aren’t enjoying the rollout, I know it’s silent and uneventful so far but I’m loving being left in the dark and having so many questions tbh. We don’t know when the other acts are coming, whether they’ll sound similar or be completely different than Renaissance, when the visuals are coming and whether or not the other acts will get the same treatment… but we know that eventually, it’s coming. I’m so excited to have so much to look forward to and wonder about while also enjoying what I consider to be her best album ever. I feel everyone should throw on Virgo’s Groove and lighten up!

This base hasn't hit rock bottom yet until the Viola gif comes back, so we still have room to sink. 

 

@Devin's questionable takes on RENAISSANCE are great ways to keep the base from going into full meltdown mode.

Nah but fr I be tryna keep the fun going. We can’t keep fighting and ranting about missing visuals.

 

Stable but starting to slip like butter a tad. 

 

 

If it's true that the album was meant to be released September 2021 but she had to delay to have time to make it into a 3-part project, I wonder if:

 

a) The original 2021 album was mostly the tracks that made it onto RENAISSANCE as she was only making disco/house songs

or

b) The original album had a mix of house/country/R&B etc. songs that are now spread across 3 albums separated by genre. If so, which songs were added late to RENAISSANCE after she removed the country/R&B songs?

 

If there is a documentary hopefully it will show all of this.

I heard a rumour last year that she was doing her longest album ever, like 20 to 30 songs. I didn't believe it back then, but it might have been true after all. I'd definitely say it's b) tho.

Well of course, no new hits to carry the album, nothing that sparks new interest..

Eh it kinda sounds ok but with another performer, it just shows that HEATED could be really good as a country song.

 

inb4 this is her plan all along and Act 2 will be the same tracks as RENAISSANCE in country versions.

I think she's going to surprise drop the visuals

The documentary (if one is in the works) will probably be separate from the videos. She teases the videos on YT for a reason.

 

Remember that her birthday is just around the corner.
