It's because she's not offering anything new. She's rehashing the same concept shading z list rappers. She won. They lost. We know. Everyone must move on.

She doesn't need another WAP but she needs to change up her content and make more radio friendly crossover to top 40 songs for her CB3 era.

I think she's just putting it out since it was recorded awhile back but her studio sessions coming up soon need to refect a shift...i'm sure it will.
