The Plague is not a virus, it's a bacteria. People all over the world get it every single year. It never went away. There are on average 7 cases of bubonic plague in the US alone per year. It's incredibly responsive to run of the mill antibiotics. It won't (and can't) become like COVID. The only reason it decimated millions back then was simply because we didn't have medicine for it or knowledge of what it was. Now we do.

This strain is apparently resistant to antibiotics because its been modified to be ised as a bioweapon in putrids biolabs

But it cant become like covid cause its too deadly, it wont spread that fast

Anyway she dropped it, broke it... I suppose they contained it and quarantined everyone in the facility. Didn't read the whole thing so I don't know if anything actually got out.

Now if Russia is behind this, say hello to Miss Plagueisha... she'll re-debut in a couple of months.. It's been a century and a half, people forgot this 1850s classic. She'll dethrone everyone and break multiple records.
