I don't agree with a lot of their takes but the fact they aren't afraid to be shady is something I like about them because there's too many publications just glazing everyone and giving people high scores just bc..

It's harder to get a hit for a female rapper than before because this genre (especially female rap) has fallen out of popularity + Flo Milli, Glorilla etc. despite getting a hit or a few were never able to gather an audience like male rappers do (which is crazy) and after they stopped getting radio push and viral moments on social media their career just dipped. Someone mentioned Megan but the numbers for her recent singles weren't that good for someone her caliber either and you would think as like top 3 most popular female rapper she would be pulling more. (I think the same case goes to Cardi) Female rap will lessen in popularity in the upcoming years even tho we get new rappers every few business days but one day we're gonna witness the switch up and they're gonna be popular again.

Setting up your boundaries is sometimes difficult based on what that is and how the other person acts like. I've recently had a small falling out with my closest friend group because of something like that. It was a group that consistent of 5 people (including me) with us having problem with 2 girls in it. They are so called "introverted" people that do not really reach out privately at all and they never set up any meetings because of that. Us 3 got really tired with that because we have other friends and family who want to spend time with us and take their time to reach out while for us it seems like these 2 girls don't care about us even tho we are their only friends. We brought it up to them that we are tired of acting like the only people that care about this friendship because they have been doing nothing to build up. They reasoned that this is how they are and that they can not speak with someone for 2 years but still be close with them because that's how they work. Then it was just a pointless back and forth with them saying that we don't understand their point of view and that we aren't taking it into consideration and with us saying that we understand but we are tired of doing it their way and they should sometimes to stuff they aren't used to to maintain this friendship because that's how we view it. In the end we couldn't get into an agreement so we decided to set the boundary that if they want any relationship with us then they better reach out to us first. In the end we got crickets. Another instance that happened recently was that I was having a conversation with a mutual friend in which she said a really nasty bodyshaming joke about a girl she dislikes. Before I could say anything she said that she's glad she can say that stuff with me cuz other people that we know would chew her up because they are too "woke" and she's just joking like that. I told her that there is a difference between sense of humour and just making fun of people for how they look and that that we don't know what's going on in peoples lifes especially when she's friends with someone who struggled with ED all his life. We spoke further and I mentioned that if she makes "jokes" or "comments" like that again near me then I wouldn't be hesitant to keep my distance from her because this is not the type of people I want to surround myself with and since then she apologised for that and hasn't made any comments like that again. Sorry it came out that long I just didn't know how to shorten it LMAO
