Celine Dion currently holds the Billboard record for largest drop from 1 by a woman in the second week, from 1 to 111, with Courage.

Celine broke the then record held by Madonna with Madame X, from 1 to 77.

If Miley debuts at 1 with Bass Persuades, does she have the potential to best either of these marks?

Considering streaming is abysmal with most of the traction coming from variants, one would have go think the potential is there.

I think it's really disrespectful for two legends, like Celine Dion and Madonna to have a record like this. I think it's only fair that Mily holds THIS ONE down until a younger generation artist take.

I think it'll be a steep drop but with how quiet things are right now bar The Encore, I wouldn't be shocked to see it stay in the top 100 for another week.

I'm hoping she'll drop to like #20 but I'm pretty sure she's gonna be somewhere in the top 40
