if Fergie, Nelly Furtado and Gwen were MPGs at one point, I don't see why we can't call Dua one now. she just needs a couple more successful eras to solidify her status in pop

She and Doja were the MPGs in early 2020s. Like Katy Perry, just because they decline commercially, doesnt mean we should erase their MPG status during their peak.

She has more global hits than Billie, Olivia, and Sabrina, who are all considered MPGs. She also had the biggest female era of the 2020s. So yes, she is indeed a MPG

Yes, she will have consistent celebrity and continued interest in her music as the years go on. One album underperforming for her standards doesn't diminish that.

She's very successful and still big-ish as a celebrity but I would still say no, Radical Optimism produced some moderate hits and didn't really derail her career but I do think it halted the good multi-year streak of momentum she had. I think if she wants to have another big era she needs to be really strategic and give us something that made people get why they miss her, I think waiting until Q3 would be a smart move.

She was but her last album didn't do well. She can still make a comeback if she brings out the hits

girl sold out stadiums in her "flop" era and managed to get 2 hits, one of them having a cute revival right now lol

She's just behind Billie but above Olivia and one era wonders like Sabrina, Tate or Doja

How's Doja a one era wonder when she has moderate to major hits across 4 eras? If you want, you can reduce it to 2 massive eras, and it still wouldn't be true

Her breaks between albums are way too long. All the other MPG use to drop albums every year or two. As much as I enjoy her music, I sometimes forget she exists tbh.

She's presenting more like a socialite these days but I love her enough to consider her a MPG
