So you want to use billboard as metric when it suits your narrative but then erase the past 15 years of how she's performed on the chart. Everything post Prisim has been a catastrophic failure commercially and critically for Katy, you can't rewrite history no matter how hard you need it to be so. You lived it, but if it's what you need to tell yourself to have some leg up against thee Lady Gaga then do so I don't care, we all know the truth.

And honestly who cares if Gaga's bigger, you know it's true anyone with a brain does. If you love your fav why feel the need to put her in constant competition with Gaga specifically. Do you need her to be bigger than Gaga in order for you to feel good about her? Like it really doesn't make sense how y'all have to continually try to prove your fav is bigger than Gaga in some way for the past 18 years, nobody in the real world believes it no matter where y'all think Katy has a leg up

I enjoy both their music (well, I enjoy Teenage Dream from Katy) but regardless of who's winning with the numbers, Gaga will be looked back on with more respect. Katy has never been taken seriously as an artist, even before she went overboard with the clown persona.
