I think I have to give Stripped a full listen, which I haven't done in about 20 years atp, so lemme do one of those later today before answering this one! but I'm inclined to go with Stripped based on my history, considering that songs like Can't Hold Us Down and Cruz are on it lol

I like In the Zone but there's tonnnns of filler on it, which I remember from 2003 Makes the Woman back in January and February

girly I'm not doing all THAT to just rate every song on ITZ higher. Objectively speaking, Stripped is totally overrated

one album has Toxic and Breathe On Me and the other doesn't so this is pretty self-explanatory

Fighter alone destroys ITZ.

I LOVE both albums. Lord knows. But, In the zone changed my entire life. And it is a PERFECT pop album. Breathe on me and touch of my hand alone are 2 of the best pop records ever.

Also Toxic shatters everything on stripped, and is the best pop song of all time. THAT was song the song for me that made me a Britney fan to begin with.

I honestly cannot choose, both great albums which shaped my young teenage years with a rightful place in my heart

Britney stans choosing a generic pop song with a corny ahh title like I've Just Begun (Having My Fun) over a song that deals with domestic violence tells me all I need to know about their capacity and desire for emotional depth in the music they consume

Stripped gets this one.

Such a hard choice. Both are amazing albums. ITZ flows better as an album, while Stripped has some filler imo. In saying that, the highs on Stripped are just so good that I'd have to give the edge to Stripped. Dirrty is immaculate! Then you have TVW, Cruz, Fighter, Beautiful and CHUD. All phenomenal. The album just needed some trimming and it would've been perfect.

ITZ has Toxic which is better than anything Xtinct has ever released.

Such different albums.

But Walk Away and Fighter >>> Cokeney anyday.
