Pop culture is extremely fun this era. We have amazing pop girls, groups, a lot of tours. Sometimes when you get older, it hits different. It all depends on how you personally evolve in life or go on board with this new era of pop culture.

Manon can stay away. I would be sad if Sophia would leave but the tour is a massive success with or without them. They easily would sell out a stadium tour, even with just 4 members.

This album just confirms me once again she's not a good artist (musically, not vocally). She's just not able to create a good album (besides Bangerz) with a clear vision and sound. Every song, every visual can be for any other artist.

The show looks good but the outfits are a complete mess. Extremely out of brand and dated. Where are the iconic PCD outfits? Even Katseye is inspired by those.

And she's best doing rap music. Scarlet is a camp masterpiece and one of the greatest female rap albums in a long time.

The pressure of selling her albums and tour must be insane. Especially after her last album. She's one of the best artists from this generation and deserves all the creative freedom.

Why does it matter that they only have few videos? In my mind, this award was more about the visual impact of the artist. And it's clear that Nirvana is one of the most impactful rock bands in history. Their aesthetic is still very relevant in modern music.

The song is not bad but this could be a song written/produced for anyone. She's just dropping singles and albums and nothing sounds and looks like a Miley record. Zero identity and brand building.

Especially since Zara's popularity was heavily influenced by a certain aesthetic, which worked really well. She only has one chance with her next album. She can not fail.

That is why you see pop girls doing more festivals compared to the decades before. It's easy money. And festivals are more accepting to pop music last couple of years.

I think the answer is a little bit more simple; she and her team didn't build up a fanbase or a community. Even during Smile and 143, the strategy was extremely dated; trying to get recognition of the general public. This doesn't work in this new era of music anymore and it's a bit too late for her aswell. Her brand is and always will be clear, but the whole brand is about her, there is no community that can relate.

No person with ability to see through things (especially artistically) are thinking The Idol damaged anything. It was supposed to be camp and cringe, people that don't understand the series are the clowns. On top, the music is very good and did extremely well. He is even performing some of the songs in his recent tour.
