It's so corny in every way - it's the only song I dislike and I think it's literally her worst song LMAO

The last two / three songs kinda save the album

It's by no means revolutionary - it's definitely just Part 2 of her debut. But except for FAIRYTALE, I think every song is atleast pretty

looooool Crazy Of Me is definitely for her African fans. Specifically South Africans because the chanting is very much part of the club culture there and I know it'll be a staple. The chant is definitely what makes the song if you're the target audience.

Overall I just don't think this was a good follow up. It's not bad, but it was supposed to solidify her in mainstream and I just don't think this is it.

Now lets talk about it....what about this album is AFRICAN? her debut album was more A*POP than this.....I now see why her visuals/fashion have no clear direction cuz the music doesnt have any either.

There are too many weak songs on here, this album while not a trainwreck, its not an improvement on her Debut at all.

Upon first listen these are the new songs that stand out:

• I Dont Care

• Crazy of Me

• That Girl

• Mr Nonchalant

she is KNOWN for her African sound??????????????? This was not it im sorry and god knows I love her. I needed at least one FULL ON Tyla BANGER. But even NONCHALENT which seems to be my fav is ok but she could have MURDERED that beat way more ???????

I'm disappointed ngl. This albums is just ok at best? The lack of vocal layering and ad libs really hold a lot of these song back - like nothing is even close to touching "PUSH 2 START"

Tyla is so funny. Cause Fairytale is literally a CLASSIC here in South Africa - her song is actually a cover of the original! Which is a BOP! Like it's a staple in SA.

Sometimes I can actually understand why labels won't invest in albums/eras.

She should focus on singles.

okay wait! If you don't like this album - it's because it's very South African - I haven't listened to it full. Just skimmed here and there. But it's literally a South (A)frican-Pop album. Like - it's GREAT!!!!! And I think if you not well verse in SA music you might not get some of these I cannot lie. But for me! Once I fully listen I think it would be a great listen nonetheless

I genuinely thought people were exaggerating... but wow, this is really bad

It feels like there was no clear vision, no identity, no real sense of direction. A lot of these tracks honestly sound like half-baked demos that would've been left off her debut.

I didn't expect it to be this disappointing. Maybe it'll grow on me with a few more listens, but for now I'm sooo disappointed...

Are we getting a cute "Kiss" m/v tomorrow or is she not bothering with that either?
