  1. THIS!!!
  2. She's been following some actors and creative directors. I think a music video is happening soon, which means the lead is finally coming.
  3. Her new team is doing their job!!!!! So proud of her. Things are finally back on track.
  4. Does anyone know if this is the deluxe version but with the standard cover or? Confessions II [Hot Pink Vinyl] [Barnes & Noble Exclusive] | Barnes & Noble®
  5. This might be a good intro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niIDxKuCfrA
  6. Wow, 2 years of "C,XOXO" and i still listen to it almost every week.
  7. That's exactly the type of behavior we all should expect from her and the weirdos that defend her. Throwing someone under the bus to avoid responsability is her biggest red flag.
  8. Rodrigo Branco, a digital influencer from Brazil who lives in US was convicted for racism against two Brazilian public figures back in 2020. He posted a statement on his instagram about the case and a lot of Brazilian celebrities got exposed for showing him support after his conviction. One of the main celebrities who's been friends with him for years is Anitta. After suffering a lot of backlash for having a close friendship with the influencer, she released a statement on her IG story: "Racism is a CRIME. Anyone who commits it is a RACIST and must deal with the consequences of their actions, just like Rodrigo Branco and so many other famous, influential, and anonymous people who have committed or commit this crime. There's law, punishment, and justice. Period. No discussion. No opinion from X or Y. I have never covered up for a friend who commits any crime, and I never will. Personal and friendship relationships between me and anyone will NEVER outweigh such a shameful, disgusting, and criminal act. The fact that I'm not as active on social media as I used to be does NOT mean I'm supporting anyone in the face of something so undeniable. Learning every day is the least we should do; no one needs to be congratulated for it, and I am fully aware of that. I have never avoided taking a stand on things, I never had selective stances, and this wouldn't be the time to start." After her IG's post, she received even more hate on the internet and then decided to post another statement claming that she cut him off, back in 2020 and stopped talking to him for years: "Are the internet judges only judges of this case today or have they been for years? Because if they've been in this position for 6 years, they'll know that I spent YEARS not talking to him and not following him. It took me a long time to believe that we could talk again. And that doesn't change my opinion, which is totally against him on this issue. But if there's STILL ANY doubt from people about my stance on RACISM, that it would be necessary to unfollow to reaffirm what I've always made clear in my work, posting what I think on the subject. I have absolutely NO problem doing it on my social media; as a public person, I understand the need and importance. Because in real life I've done it countless times, and I'll continue to do so." But the internet searched for the whole timeline of their friendship and discovered a lot of proof and pictures of them interacting and showing love to each other between the years of 2020-2026:
  9. Honestly, out of all the producers she's worked with for this album, this is the one who got me excited the most. I wouldn't mind if she scrapped the whole thing she was making in the beginning, specially the afrobeat sound.
  10. She has probably scrapped the whole afrobeat sound she was working on. I'm guessing she's doing indie latin this time, which would be AMAZING
  11. I can tell by this comment that you clearly didn't even hear the album and is just repeating what it was trending on Twitter 2 years ago. Your obsessive behavior on hating her is… cute? I see your dedication
  12. She did that with Familia and still was bullied for that. It's never enough.
  13. I don't see you guys having a problem with Sabrina working with Jack Antonoff, or even Lorde, etc.
  14. This is everything I ever wanted for her!!!!!!!!! She's coming for blood
  15. Now I'm HYPED AF for CC5. This is one of the best producers. "Evermore" is one of the greatest albums ever.
  16. NOW THAT IS GREAT NEWS
  17. At this point she has worked with every producer available. She's doing the opposite she did with "C,XOXO" and it's not a good sign, imo. She's making latin music now, but we have info that she was doing afrobeat and also R&B. It's confusing
  18. Well…
  19. Can't believe I'm stanning KATSEYE this hard. They are amazing and this song is pretty iconic. I'm obsessed with it, specially the video. It also got me interested in ILLIT, because I think they stood out the most in the mv, and that comes from someone who really don't care and know nothing about kpop music.
  20. I'm guessing lead single probably October and album in January
  21. That's why I think insisting on the experimental sound would be the right move. She gained a lot of attention and some new fans with "C,XOXO". Her taking a risk was something people respected a lot. The people who loved "C,XOXO" will be confused with the latin afrobeat sound. Going back to what's safe gives the impression that she cares too much about what the people that don't even like her think about her. It fees like she doesn't have enough balls to believe in herself as an artist. And this is the worst timing ever to do a "back to basics" because all she needed was to build a small/more niche but loyal and dedicated fanbase, like Carly Rae Jepsen and Melanie Martinez.
  22. But she needs to understand that the rejection "C,XOXO" got was never about the music. It's about her persona. The internet loves to bully her because they feel like it's cool to hate her. People don't take her serious as an artist and it breaks my heart to even realise that. Going back to her roots it's too safe and it might give them more ignition to bully her with the excuse that she doesn't have enough artistry because she doesn't stick to a sound and follows what's trending.
  23. Period. "Silver Deliverer" is their best album by far. Their synth pop songs are great, but indie music is where they shine more. "With Love From" (the song) is one of the best songs ever and it's deeply underrated. I love "A touch of the beat" but I think it didn't age that well, although it was a masterpiece back in 2021 and it's still a perfect record.
  24. You should check them out. Her discography is amazing!
