  1. Honestly this deserves to be their biggest single. I thought this would blow up after its release. Any chance of that?
  2. Wow! Love that. It's exactly the vibe I was getting from those clues on her Instagram. This sounds perfect to me: "Latin dream-pop with 90s alternative rock and folk influences". And also probably her most mature/adult songwriting.
  3. Spill your tea. I'm listening.
  4. They are doing some things behind the scenes. Some smart but subtle moves. The internet is starting to like her after 10 years. That's crazy and unpredictable. Props to them. They are just being cautious so they won't ruin the new era.
  5. It wasn't just the article. The article was the first thing, but it went viral and then people on the internet: jornaulists, celebrities, influencers were all hyping up the trend. Even Pitchfork took some advantage on that.
  6. I have no idea. A reliable insider from here said she was making afrobeat songs (?), which is crazy. My theory based on her Instagram posts is that she's going retro, like 60s, 70s. Maybe disco or dance. But I think she's making ballads as usual and probably in Spanish.
  7. Trust me. They are! They need to be really careful with the approach since she's switching sounds for the new album. They need to level up their strategy on this new era, because she might get even more hate for not following "C,XOXO" sound and concept.
  8. Only one has Elastic Love and Monday Morning.
  9. IT'S COMING! her PR:
  10. Definitely a song lyric from CC5. The whole aesthetic she's been teasing in the studio is giving me 60s, 70s, motown vibes. That's the sound she might be making.
  11. Ok, girls. LOVED it! I see what you did there:
  12. Camila Cabello's 'C,XOXO' has seen a 475% increase in streams on Spotify, per the platform.
  13. Yeah, there's no way she's releasing the album this year.
  14. this is nonsense. is it "inauthentic" just because you don't **** with her? lol she wrote the entire album. she doesn't need your validation. you guys take yourselves very seriously lol
  15. Finally the receipts! Two years after its release, however, the tide has seemingly finally turned on the controversial opus. The album has had a sticky way of remaining in the pop conversation. Charli's Brat creative director Terrence O'Connor has been loudly revisiting it; underscores played "B.O.A.T" at her FADER cover release party, the video of which went viral; every week there seems to be a new viral defense of it on TikTok. In June, when Cabello shared photos of her working with The National's Aaron Dessner, it sparked a niche but active discourse expressing concern about her "abandoning" the C,XOXO sound. (Fans of the album wouldn't be wrong to respond by noting that the world gave Cabello little indication that she would be rewarded for sticking with it). If Cabello were to release this album, and these tracks, today, at a moment when the listening public seems to have more tolerance for her messy choices, it could dominate. If you haven't yet given the album a chance, our current pop moment serves as a great impetus to try it again. Camila Cabello's 'C,XOXO' deserves a second chance | The FADER
  16. We seriously need any kind of info.
  17. His best one: But I also love this underrated one:
  18. I guess it's finally coming!
  19. I doubt that any of you actually care about the cause. You're just using it to justify your weird hatred for her. Move on.
  20. I think Camila would totally join them in a special performance or in a documentary but I don't think she was even considered. 2/4 of them are still bitter about her.
  21. Ignore it. It's from "Magic City" 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
