  1. I have a feeling this movie is just going to be a regurgitation of the content we see on their social media - with some small other clips sprinkled in. I'll sit this one out.
  2. I think two things can be true at once. The $26 million donation is a genuinely good thing. Those charities will help a lot of people, and that's worth giving credit for. But this wasn't a normal celebrity wedding it involved NYPD, street closures, and a huge amount of coordination from the city. When your private event affects thousands of other people, it's fair to expect some public benefit in return. So yes, it was generous. But I don't think it's something that puts the event above criticism. The donation and the disruption aren't mutually exclusive. You can appreciate the money going to charity while also saying that if you're wealthy enough to temporarily reshape part of New York for your wedding, giving back isn't just a nice bonus... it's part of the social responsibility that comes with that level of privilege.
  3. Low key the only reason not 143 is because of this godly fan-made mashup:
  4. Katy's drop-off really needs to be studied. Witness really did do irreversible damage to her career, which is kinda insane because the singles from that album aren't even that bad. Same with Smile low-key, that album is actually full of bops. She's lost me with bandaids and Watch It Burn though.
  5. Lizzo came up when body positivity was really in the spotlight and kind of became a popular cultural moment. She was just a footnote in a very much wider story that she is mistaking for her own cultural impact. But the conversation around it has started to shift. A lot of people are now focusing more on health and medical options for weight management, and GLP-1 medications have also made weight loss feel trendy again. Sadly, I don't know a single Lizzo fan, which is why I think her album is flopping. In 2019, she seemed more like a fun, confident, flute playing, plus-size "baddie" persona that people found trendy at the time. In 2026, nobody is really checking for her... because she hasn't really evolved in any capacity, and what's cool and trendy has shifted.
  6. Definitely being delayed or pushed back is how that reads to me.
  7. I empathize with Charli, but it feels like she has this same conversation around every album. First it's, "I'm doing this for the art," "I don't care what people think," and "I'll never make another commercial album." Now it's, "I'll never make an album like Brat again." Then, inevitably, the cycle starts over. At some point, she has to decide where she stands. If she genuinely believes she's making music for herself and prioritizing the art above everything else, then she should fully embrace that and be confident in it. As it is, it often feels like she's torn between rejecting mainstream expectations and responding to them, which makes her anti-industry cool girl "brand" come across as a facade.
  8. Not my favorite.
  9. I'm assuming you probably are unaware, but he's talked openly about having struggled with an ED. I like Greyson. I honestly haven't listened to him since portraits. A lot of his music all just sounds the same... Hopefully this is different.
  10. Also, to the people saying this doesn't bother them at all: I genuinely don't understand that perspective. If you spend time outside your own bubble, travel, or just pay attention to how many people struggle to afford basic necessities, it's hard not to question that level of excess. Why does one person need multiple mansions, a fleet of cars, a private jet, and more wealth than they could ever reasonably use? You don't have to hate successful people to think there's something excessive about that. In LA alone, where many of these celebrities live, there are entire blocks lined with tents and people sleeping on the streets. Meanwhile, just a few miles away sometimes practically in the same neighborhoods... are people sitting on hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and multiple luxury properties. That contrast is hard to ignore.
  11. Yeah, it's gross. But so is the amount of money a lot of celebrities have. It's the same reason Billie caught criticism when she talked about billionaire wealth...people see a disconnect when someone with immense wealth is criticizing others for having even more. At a certain point, these celebrities and tech bros already have more money than they'll ever realistically need. So when an artist for example is selling hundreds of versions of essentially the same product, it's hard to see it as being about the fans... Or Apple is selling the same phone with minimal changes every year... It starts to look more like squeezing as much money as possible out of a loyal audience. All of these people and businesses should be doing a lot more to help others with those means.
  12. From the new album I'm most sad and surprised she's not performing bye. It's just so anthemic and fun. I will say, I always liked past life, but it wasn't a song I thought I needed on the set list, but after seeing her sing it live I've completely fallen in love with it. I get why she's not doing don't wanna break up again and i wish i hated you, but selfishly I'd love to see those live well.
  13. This is so good. I wish Katseye didn't come in last, but I realize that's by design. They have the biggest fanbase and wanted people to listen to the song all the way through to get to them. Katseye steal this for me. I almost wish this was their song solo.
  14. The transition from yes, and?, positions, dandelion, and the boy is mine..... she really said I'm going to give these ****ots everything they want in the first 15 minutes of the show. I was gagged.
  15. This post is honestly a bit triggering because it feels like we're being told not to trust what we're seeing. From the outside, Ariana doesn't appear to be in the healthiest place physically. Of course, none of us know her personal situation, but it's understandable why many people have concerns. In Hollywood, we've seen countless examples of celebrities being pushed to unhealthy extremes in the pursuit of success, publicity, or profit. And sometimes even the people closest to someone may not fully recognize or acknowledge that something is wrong. It's also worth noting that she's been vegan since 2013, long before this more recent and noticeable change in her weight. Because of that, it seems difficult to attribute such a significant transformation solely to her diet. When I look back at eras like My Everything and Dangerous Woman, she appeared much stronger. Forget gaining weight or fat. I'm just talking pure muscle. Today, she looks noticeably more frail and delicate, which is why so many people are expressing concern.
