I would say die with a smile was big along with the mayhem ball but most people didn't hear that much about mayhem. DTMF feels like a bigger cultural event and captures the zeitgeist against ICE. So Benitomania.

Both are legends who used their fame for something other than taking down their exes and whining about how hard it is being a billionaire who is mentally stuck in high school. So it's really hard to say. They're both very unique and memorable. Not everybody who achieves massive success can say that.
