Miley's last two albums COMBINED have less than 450M streams combined on Spotify and what's worse, combined they are barely doing 1M streams daily.

Katy was rightly dragged to hell and back quality wise for 143 but commercially speaking Miley's last two albums have performed even worse.

Plastic Hearts + Flowers truly saved her from a whole decade of flopping. Her career trajectory is so unique.

I feel the Cher comparisons are a bit premature but I totally get the idea behind it.
