  • Hello Community, Yesterday’s outage began around 4 PM EST. We are still reviewing the full chain of events, but activating the Archive, which contains millions of posts, triggered a rebuild of our sea

  • this was so scary but it did force me to look at some job listings instead

I'm pretty sure it must have been raised but I'm too scared to scroll backward…

When using the site on mobile (not sure if the same for desktop) is anyone else having this issue where if you scroll down the page and press anywhere near a tweet it sends you to a webpage with an image version of the tweet and then no matter how many times you press backwards it just cycles through images of all the other tweets on the page? To fix it, you have to close out of the webpage, reload ATRL and then find the page of the thread you were reading and pray it doesn't happen AGAIN when you do.

It's so annoying and makes the site unusable for me on mobile. Using an iPhone 12 with the chrome app to browse if that helps.

Yes it’s been raised. No there’s not a solution right now. Hopefully soon.

No worries Rian, I know you must have a heap on your plate. Thanks for letting me know you're at least aware heart2

@ATRL Administration the site is almost unusable on mobile with these full screen ads that you have to basically play refresh gambling to not get one…

Just out of curiosity, what browser are you using? I haven’t been having this issue, and I wonder if that’s a reason.

Chrome. I don't mind ads overall but I'm getting some that don't even give you the option to close them, even when they are done. I also tried refreshing and it shows up again rip
