Why is the search function not working/so slow to load?

I meant if a thread is posted, and then that same day or even days later, another poster will create a thread on the same exact topic not knowing it had been already posted.

I truly have no idea how to navigate this website. The modern king of R&B Zayn returned with his new hit single Die For Me with a music video, so I ran to the charts and to the music sections to see if someone threaded his new song and I don't see one. Am I looking in the wrong places?

The search function is really fast now. For example if you were trying to find one of his songs, go to the Music section and make sure it's set like this
