  • Making your own granola is cheap and a way to replace cereal (or crunchy and sweet snacks in general). It's also pretty healthy, customizable, and fast.

  • Use healthy dips like hummus or guac to eat healthy veggies that you don't like the taste of on their own

Don't eat pre-prepared snacks out of plastic wrappers. Eat bananas, appled, berries, nuts, yoghurt (authentic greek). Not all this crap. I know it's "normal" food but it's not actually food. 3D printed rubbish.

Replace your addiction to sugar and refined carbs with a sex addiction.

oh i agree, my intention with the list was to provide some junk food substitutes that don't have emulsifiers, stabilisers, bulking agents, artificial sweeteners etc

I like #seaweed (50% sea 50% weed preferably but I guess I can be flexible as to ratios?) I also like edamame, overnight oats, kale chips, puffed chickpea whatever, hummus on everything, baby carrots, pistachios, cashews…

Just eat fruits and veggies. Make your own hummus or pesto dip. It's really easy. An with hummus you can flavor it different each time. Making your own granola is also super easy

I prep a lot of this stuff when I have the energy so that when I don't it's just as easy to grab as a bag of chips

Cucumber and hummus
RXBARs are good
Rice cakes with peanut butter and banana or blueberries
Any kind of nuts
Any fruit or vegetable
Granola
Yoghurt
