If I had a good reason to, I'd have no problem staying off the internet. YouTube and streaming apps would be the hardest to live without, but I think I'd manage.

The way I entered this thread to say that by the time I'm out of a movie I'm foaming at the mouth to check my phone again.

I have experienced power outages and they are Brutal....

I had to go to jury duty the other day and they made us sit for hours without our phones. I should sue the government for torture.

1 month during my college days, it was the best life I ever had

during the pandemic i went no social media for a month like 3 times and it was AMAZING, i tried to do it again a few times after that and gave up after a few hours

but the internet is quickly becoming a thing i want to spend less and less time on, it feels like these companies want us to push us away with these shitty algorithms and everything being some AI bullshit

i went without it for 17 days because i didn't bring my phone on a trip? i almost died but it was one of the best things for my mind

While I'm asleep but actually even without Internet I have my phone data

I'm without Internet till the 23rd at my new place but I got my friends Internet to keep me sane for the time being

A good week, especially with my personal library. But after that, I'll be invested in a rabbit hole and will need the internet to satisfy my hyper fixations lol

I've taken an 8 hour flight so I guess that's the longest that I'm awake without internet. Just music.

I'm connected at all times through some type of device. I'd say 10 seconds. I even scroll while eating dinner.

mobile cellular data usually stays on.

I could emotionally/mentally make do without it forever. However, I have bills to pay. I can't even pay my rent without using an app.

depends on what Im doing tbh. When Im outside I either listen to music or look up a connection. Its everywhere. But with some distraction maybe like 2-3 hours
