I don't know why I'm apparently the only person who realizes how important self titled is on her career? Besides it literally being her debut album she's constantly referenced & cited that album more so than her other 80's albums I think. Music, Confessions, Rebel Heart, Confessions II were all influenced in some form by her self titled. True Blue & Like a Prayer are both equally important when talking about larger pop culture, but I think True Blue is more remembered as a full era where Like a Prayer (song) has largely eclipsed everything else from it's respective album. And I personally view Blonde Ambition as a separate era on it's own.
