I'm telling you guys this is why LG8 needs to come sooner rather than later because while we may have been crying that the era didn't have more than four singles or Vanish Into You or Garden of Smashes or Shadow of a #1 as official singles the GP and old fans came back for our girl in a way that could really give us a strong debut for LG8 lead single and first week numbers for the album.

As already mentioned, we shouldn't go by the US stats because Abracadabra reached #1 in the US as well but fell behind the global stats not too long after.

Gaga has built traction again with the go which is something she hasn't really had in a minute. This is her opportunity to really smash again. Abracadabra specifically did something because it captured her artistic essence SO WELL and was executed perfectly. No mess. No bad mv. Etc it was perfect and the public connected to it. If she can execute the lead single for LG8 perfectly and if she releases LG8 sooner rather than later then I can easily see LG8 debuting with her biggest numbers since BTW (as in I could see it pushing like 300k which would put it as her 2nd biggest debut I think).

I REALLY hope she doesn't wait too long for lg8….we need it out by the end of this year or early 2027 at the latest!

Yeah. It would be stupid to wait longer. Her soundtracks are getting more streams on day one than before so I could really see LG8 lead have an even better start than Disease which wasn't even bad let's not forget. I'm thinking even Abracadabra-level start would be possible even with a less catchier track.
