New album next year would make sense. Always a good idea to capitalise on upward momentum but also we know she is very busy and likes to live her life between albums. Maybe she could just do another album and not tour it.

It seems like she's in the early stages so I can see an early 2027 release for LG8; with a lead potentially in late 2026 similar to Mayhem's schedule.

Either way, unless she scraps everything, we shouldn't be having to wait till 2030 like we thought. MAYHEM & the tour lit a new fire for her & she's not slowing down.

Truthfully, if she does release a new album next year, she probably won't tour it for a little while. But I won't complain about new music, at all so that's ok!

Maybe she could like, release an album then a year later release a deluxe and use that to also announce the tour or something. People do that sort of thing all the time now.

Isn't it confirmed that we will have new music in 2026 that is the TDWP2 soundtrack? So she might not release anything else but that and it's still considered new music.

I second this.

Mayhem being 25 on aoty year end is actually impressive considering how a lot of critics hate her and several big publications snubbed Mayhem entirely from their lists.

Two more 'Mayhem' releases/videos, 'TDWP 2' single and the Abel collab would more than feed us for a year and I would like her to milk 'Original Recipe Mayhem' more.

LG8 is coming next year, but it is too early to announce it so that's why she gave such a wishy washy answer

Idk what to think anymore, if she's not certain about releasing this material next year that means it's definitely not Total Mayhem, or is she just saying this to mislead us? And if this is another project does Total Mayhem even exist?

The Poker Face singer ironically has a bad poker face. This interview was obviously for campaigning Mayhem but it also felt like her dropping a hint more is coming.
