I think the whole rumored tied thing for album of the year is complete bullshit. No artist wants to share an award. It's humiliating for the music artist who worked very hard for there albums just too share a Grammy. This is one executives at the Grammys need to make a final decision and vote for the album they think deserves album of the year. And whatever album gets the most votes among the executives get the album.

My main gripe with this album was that I felt like the aesthetic didn't match the sound and I was really hoping that Gaga was going to do something industrial and dark and scary but she didn't meet my expectations AT THE TIME

So yeah I was very frustrated for a while because I feel like the aesthetic of the era just didn't match the sound

But now with the refreshed mind and view I 100% endorse Mayhem and I thoroughly enjoy the album
