What I'm realizing with all of this discourse is that people who don't like gaga aren't bothered by her success, they're bothered by her happiness. With success comes happiness, with the baby comes happiness, with a fiancé comes happiness… that's what gets to them. And that really only happens when you yourself are unhappy and you don't want to see other people happy.

That, my friends, is a level of parasocial mental illness I don't think we have seen before. I sleep well at night knowing these people are fuming because they themselves are genuinely miserable in their lives. And they deserve that.

I hope for her well-being she never addresses any of people's theories and keeps her private life private. There are so many weirdos out there it's crazy. It's nobody's business how she became pregnant or if she's needed a surrogate. Even some of her fans are making weird statements as if we aren't talking about a woman who just became a mom. Yes she's a singer etc but a human being first.

certainly other fan bases are very jealous over how much attention and respect Gaga continues to amass, no matter how hard they have tried to write her off, call her a fad, get her cancelled, etc, in whatever deranged way they can. they're so mad she's honestly more beloved than ever, and that anger is boiling up into weirdly dangerous levels.

they've kind of always been like this, it's just been a while where something very personal for her plays out in the public eye.

but in regards to her privacy, I don't think we're going to see or hear about her kid for a very long time. she's already shown time and time again how well she can keep things to herself.
