My God the latest collection was exquisite. Everything just looks EXPENSIVE. A custom'd look with a dramatic updo

It's the fact that she earned ~$75M between the private Dubai show, the Verizon commercial and the Christmas halftime show alone. It's all good and dandy for her, but pay like that is likely what prevents her from doing what's conventionally expected from an era where artists rely on singles, radio and streams for maximized exposure and profits. We're just lucky she genuinely LOVES touring.

I agree that Schiaparelli is the perfect fit for B for the Met Gala. But I would DEFINITELY push for her to go with classic beauty, rather than high concept.

The first and third dresses are amazing. I can see her in both.

she does not love touring, she likes the creative expression of putting on large scale concert and making tons of money. she would have done the sphere if the money was correct

I agree. I also want Parkwood Entertainment to go into co-producing movies, TV shows, and documentaries that Beyonce is not in. I have a feeling that route (some hard-hitting documentary about an unsung Black musical legend or a historical, never-duplicated-again event like Motown / Stax / SOLAR Records, The Philadelphia Soul sound, or Soul Train) will be her Oscar win (as a producer), and that Tony Award is coming when she finds a Fela!, Hamilton, or Once On This Island she likes that needs help in the financing department. Maybe she could create the music for a play with Lin-Manuel Miranda, who used her songs as a major influence for Hamilton.

Side-note: Is Blue Ivy is gearing up for a Live-Action adaption of Lion King 2: Simba's Pride? That's the logical next step for Disney in the Lion King universe.

(Either for Lemonade's 10th Anniversary a la "Grown Woman" being surprise-released on Self-Titled's 10th Anniversary, a one-off for a random film or commercial, or Act III ). I'd much prefer this. In an ideal world we get a more concise shorter album and in that fantasy land 3 songs is far too much pre album.

My long standing theory is that DC3 either feature on ACT III or even take the position of the lead single. Time will tell but I can't see her passing up the opportunity to link the number 3 considering she has a thing for numbers and continuity.

I'm pretty sure she was unhappy and burnt out which is why she took a break in 2010 and completely changed her career goals. I would imagine she's much happier now but it comes at the expense of the fans.

Her silence feels so loud… I think act iii is gonna be amazing.

Pulling another great album in a completely different genre would be crazy. No one is seeing her. The closest would be Madonna releasing Ray of Light, Music, American Life and Confessions in the span of 7 years. Those albums are distinctive enough, but they don't feel as complex and layered as Renaissance and Cowboy Carter (not saying they're worse). This is historic.
