She didn't bother to sing live most of those songs despite standing still the majority of the time, so let's start from here.

Besides, she/her team is checking this base from time to time, so they know exactly what the sentiment of the hive is. She found her happiness in managing these ventures, it's surely less stress-inducing than touring and promoting. That's it.

I'm not here to make Beyonce lip syncing/using prerecords a top conversation but a few of the analysis videos on TikTok make it pretty clear. Plus if you attended multiple shows it's easier to peep despite her having some of the best pre records in the industry.
