The only thing that went wrong is that the era could've been even bigger if Bey cared to release music videos or upload making of the album doc to her YouTube or release RWT film to streaming.

Nothing went wrong. It's one of the best albums released if not the best this decade.

Horrible music co-written by 40+ writers. It's giving Bebe Rexha, Ava Max, Rita Ora nameless tunes but with much higher PR budget. At least those other 3 have higher chances of releasing bops from time to time, Bey's last one was released almost 2 decades ago

nothing, it is her best album and one of the best of the decade.

Nothing went wrong for Renaissance. It is one of the Beyoncé's best projects (her second to me after DIL actually) and the whole album sounds like a classic. 

 

The numbers are fine. The album did what it had to do and gave us the classics Cuff It and Break My Soul.

Nothing went wrong at all- in fact, the album was a hit.

stfu and go stream that showgirl album. 

Renaissance was running off two radio singles, no music videos, and only being promoted through the tour. The connected tour film to this day hasn't been released anywhere, and STILL has no music videos almost four years later.

I don't get how any of you can sneer at Bey's streaming numbers when she and Shakira are the oldest girlies doing as well as they do on streaming. We know Taylor's numbers are better because duh! but why are Beyoncé's supposed to be so underwhelming to y'all? It's giving not being able to see the forest for the trees. 

Absolutely nothing went wrong with Rena. Bey achieved what she set out to do with it. The end.
