How many streams do you average per week?

Featured Replies

With the vast majority of people opting to stream music rather than purchase it nowadays, it got me wondering, how many streams do you personally average per week?

I average about 800 a week.

  • Around 50. I only listen to music when driving and I only drive when I go to the mall a couple of days a week.  Otherwise, at home I only listen to podcasts.

  • 100 since I watch a lot of long form content or play games with decent music

I agreed to take my headphones off during meetings cuz i'm an idiot so now probably like 600?

I listen to music the entire duration of my work day plus the hour I spend at the gym. So at least 9 hours a day x 5 days a week. Assuming average track length of 3:20 or so, that's about 800 streams :rip:

how can you check?

there's really no accurately real way to do so unless you track it your self day to day.

from looking at our averages thus far...  streaming is evil and truly screwing over favorite artists

With Spotify & apple combined 5.6k

I've been streaming like mad to try and knock D4vd off my top 5 :gaycat6:

I'm not making this up btw

lol so basically that means you were never sleeping for the whole week and you played 33 songs every single hour, and that's only if each track is under 2 minutes, otherwise it's just impossible.

The pandemic era really did something to me because I was regularly logging 1,000 streams a week in 2020 and 2021 :deadbanana: nowadays I average 600 a week

usually like 1000 or more but tbf it's mostly bc i can listen to music at work

Idk what do yall use to track that?

But according to my Apple Music I'm avg about 9,100 minutes a month..

Wait that sounds like a lot I'm kind of embarrassed

Lifetime streaming stats for 5 years and counting (started using Spotify around Traumatica release). So 56 per week.
