Supposedly, there is a "fan edition" up for digital pre-order, with the following bonuses:

17. Tears
18. Rollercoaster
19. Woman In Love
20. 2-2
21. Passenger Princess (demo)
22. Heartbeat
23. Me, Myself & You

any tea on when the fan edition is coming into digital platforms?

"2-2" was done with Raye; she first previewed the song in April 2024 around the time "Forget About Us" was released.

None; the pre-order went up this morning, and it seems like it overrode the original signed CD pre-order. I would assume it is coming in the next day or two.

I love Perry. She's a great singer. I can't sadly connect with her music. I wish she had taken a different music route. I like Bonnie and Clyde, tho.

Really enjoying this album!

Same; it is a very solid pop album.

I love an album filled with CHORUSES and solid melodies, this feels so poppy it makes me so happy!

Glad the digital bonus (Pushing Up Daisies) is my least fav :rip:

Does anyone know how much perrie did on Spotify? I've been using UK VPN to stream :gaycat6:

I could not disagree with this point more. The album is cohesive and yes it is country-leaning but the reason why the album took this route is because Perrie gained the control in the end. Her label were pushing her to be inauthentic, she was forced to release Tears and on its release was absolutely destroyed for it, by everyone online and in commercial performance. It lead to an anxiety attack and Perrie had to go to therapy and take a social media break. It's only now, a year later that everyone is slowly becoming vocal saying it had identity and was a good song when they were saying she was faceless and releasing Selena demos when it was released. :deadbanana4:

I would agree with this if the resulting music was good or had any semblance of a USP. I was also at an industry listening party for the album 18 months ago... all 6 of the tracks we heard made it onto the album, which suggests this whole 'I went back to the drawing board' narrative is a distraction from the reality that they were probably going to shelf the project because of poor commercial performance, but her pregnancy meant it was now or never to at least recoup some of the budget spent on it before she goes on maternity leave.

Still rooting for her, but this whole rollout (and the music) have been a massive disappointment for me. Glad it's resonating with other people though, of course! I just expected more.

I don't think anyone's surprised by the spotify numbers etc. I think her team did a pretty good job in the last month or so seeing as everything had been rushed together and put out ASAP. I am a little worried for the official numbers, her team didn't bother to invest in a few different vinyl variants which tiktok collectors and superfans would buy so I have a feeling that P is gonna be on the lower end of the top 10 (considering the streams too).

The fan edition is also hidden unless you use the direct link. I don't know if it'll be officially plugged at the start of the week but I am pretty disappointed they couldn't have put out a physical format for it.. I'm sure it would have racked up orders.

Absofuck*nglutely is great and if they released a cute little "home made" video it would do pretty well, I think.

Sis we all knew that. Girlie didn't go back and change the entire album in just a couple months. The pregnancy if anything made the label want to release for the free promotion tbh

Baby Steps being one of the most streamed tracks. Even if it is 40k streams nnn :jonny5:

I loooooove

Punchline

Absof*ckinglutely

Pushing Up Daisies

Same Place Different View

besides the already released Forget About Us & If He Wanted To He Would, Cute Aggression

it's a cute album, very melodic, but... yeah... very safe & forgettable

I've just finished to listening to the album. Miss You is really good. She really has an incredible voice.
